For the preparation of chocolate-caramel cake, we need to start with 2 identical sizes and make them parchment. Then grease them with butter and set aside. Now let's prepare a caramel cream with you. To do this, take a saucepan and mix it with condensed milk, butter and sugar. We put on a weak fire and warm up until the oil and sugar completely dissolve. Gently pour the caramel on the prepared forms, sprinkle it with finely chopped walnuts and let it cool down.

This time, in a bowl, mix flour, previously sifted through a sieve, cocoa powder and baking powder. All carefully mix, add soda, slaked with vinegar, salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Then break the egg, put sour cream and pour in gently hot water. Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous liquid mass is obtained. Then we pour the dough into caramel forms and send it to the preheated oven to 180 °. Bake approximately 20 minutes until it is ready. The baked cakes are cooled and quickly turn over to the table, carefully removing the parchment. Now let's make a chocolate cream. Cream poured into a saucepan and warmed slightly over low heat. Add sugar, broken chocolate and, stirring, wait until the mass becomes homogeneous. Remove from heat and gently apply the cream on one of the cakes over the caramel. Then cover the second so that the caramel layer is on top, and lubricate the remaining cream. Top and sides sprinkle nuts and clean in the refrigerator.
