Everyone who has been touched by the "rubber epidemic" knows that bracelets made of rubber bands can be weaved either on special machines or on any handy item - a slingshot, a fork and even fingers . But the most interesting and unusual bracelets from rubber bands are obtained on a small machine, also called "monster tail". Let's just say that weaving on a small machine bracelets made of rubber bands are somewhat more complicated than in other ways, but the result is worth it.

We make a bracelet "Double fish tail" of rubber bands on a small machine

Let's consider in detail how to weave bracelets on the machine «monster tail». And let's do it on an example of a net called "double fish tail":

1. Prepare everything you need to work - a small machine, a hook and, of course, multi-colored silicone rubber bands. Their number depends on the desired length of the finished product. Than it is convenient to weave it on a small machine that you can weave on it a bracelet of absolutely any length, because it does not depend on the dimensions of the machine itself.
2. We twist the first green band with the eight and put it on two pegs.
3. On the next two pegs, we also put on the second green rubber band.
4. In the second and subsequent even rows of elastic bands we will put on pegs without twisting. In this case, they should be placed diagonally between the four pegs involved. We put on the first rubber band of the second row.
5. Diagonally place the second rubber band of the second row.
6. In the third row, as in all the subsequent odd numbers, we put on two not twisted elastic bands, placing them in parallel.
7. The next stage we throw the first row of rubber bands into the center of the weaving.
8. As a result, our weaving has this look:
9. Again, put on elastic bands, cross them.
10. We throw in the center of weaving the second row of rubber bands.
11. We put on two elastic bands, placing them in parallel.
12. We throw the third row of rubber bands into the center of the weaving.
13. Alternate the wearing of crossed and parallel rubber bands until the bracelet reaches the desired length.
14. We proceed to complete the work. We put on the pegs of rubber bands in parallel and alternately we throw them through the center of weaving all the gums left on the pegs.
15. Gently pick up the remainder on one of the pegs and place the rubber on the peg, located diagonally. The same manipulation is repeated with the elastic band on the second peg.
16. Now we have only two pegs in operation, each with 2 rubber bands.
17. We leave on each peg on one elastic, having thrown the second in the center of weaving.
18. We connect both elastic bands and we insert into them a C-shaped fastener
19. The second end of the fastener is on the other side of the bracelet.

In addition to the "Double tail fish" bracelet discussed above, many bracelets, ornaments and voluminous figures can be braided on the monster tail. Here are some types of bracelets that can be weaved from elastic bands on a small machine:

1. Bracelet "Slingshot", for which you will need about 60 elastics of different colors.
2. Bracelet "Double chain", when weaving it uses about 80 rubber bands in pink and blue.
3. Bracelet "Fish tail with a chain around the edges", which differs from the usual "Fish tail" by the presence of a single-colored edging.
4. Very effective and unusual bracelet "Double infinity", the rubber bands in which are twisted by eights.
