Bulgarian banitza pie
Ingredients:

Further, the bottom of the heat-resistant form is lightly smeared with vegetable oil and spread out a sheet of dough. From above distribute a little of the filling and spread it all over the surface. In the same way we do with all the stuffing and the whole test filo. The final layer you must have a dough. On top of it we grease with vegetable or creamy oil, so that the Bulgarian banitza cooked at home, turned out rosy, with a golden crust.
Oven pre-heat up to 180 degrees and send it a baking dish for about 40 minutes. When the crust on the pie is browned, carefully take it out, put it on a plate, sprinkle a little water and cover it with a clean towel. In this state, the banitsa should stand for about 20 minutes, and then cut it into small portions and serve it to a table with sour cream.
