We take strawberries from the refrigerator, and while it is defrosting, let's prepare the dough. To do this, beat the butter and a half of sugar, a pinch of salt and a bag of vanilla sugar. Continuing to beat, add the egg first, and then gradually pour the sifted flour through the sieve with the baking powder. Knead a steep elastic dough. Now we lay it in a baking dish, so that the sides are two to three centimeters high and put in the fridge for forty minutes.

With the strawberry, drain the juice, bring it to the volume of 250 ml and set aside, with it we will later prepare the cake jelly.

We take out the cooled dough, spread on it strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for thirty-five minutes.

The finished pie is cooled, we prepare the jelly from the juice and a bag of jelly and immediately and quickly fill it with berries on our cake.
