Apples are always in season, and therefore it is not surprising that among other recipes for lean delicacies, most often, as a basic ingredient, they are found. The most popular are lenten pies with apples - one of the most classic types of baked goods that you can only meet.
The recipe for lean pie with apples
This kind of pie is a simple biscuit, which can easily be formed in a hurry. No cunning technology in handling the test is also not required, just whip the ingredients with a blender and ready.
Ingredients:
For the test:
- flour - 175 g;
- margarine vegetable - 135 g;
- cinnamon, nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon each;
- vinegar (apple) - 10 ml;
- water - 45 ml.
For filling:
- apples - 430 g;
- lemon juice - 35 ml;
- sugar 30 g.
Preparation
All ingredients for the dough, including iced margarine with water, put in a blender and whisk. When the crumb gathers in the dough, form it into a bowl, wrap it with a film and put it to cool for 3-4 hours.
Cool the dough roll into a rectangle, watching for an equal thickness of the formation. In the center of the layer, step back 4 cm from the edge, lay out slices of apples, sprinkle them with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Ingredients:

- apples - 480 g;
- flour - 340 g;

Preparation

When the yeast is activated, pour in the vegetable oil. Mix the apples into cubes with the remaining sugar. The yeast solution is poured into the flour and put the pieces of apples behind. Place the dough in the form and leave to proof for 20 minutes. After, start cooking, which will take an hour at 180 degrees. Lenten pie with apples, bananas and semolina
This pie does not differ in size or lightness; on the contrary, it is suitable for lovers of dense textures of sweets, similar to those of casseroles.
Ingredients:
- apples - 280 g;
- bananas - 130 g;
- almond flour - 85 g;
- semolina - 65 g;
- sugar - 145 g;
- soy milk - 135 ml;
- baking powder - 5 g.
Preparation
Lightly heat the milk, dissolve sugar in it and pour the mixture of semolina with almonds and baking powder. Separate apples and bananas into cubes of equal size, mix with the received test and distribute in the form. Leave the cake in a preheated 185 degree oven for an hour.
Lenten Pie with Pumpkin and Apples
For this pie, you need a pumpkin puree, which can be easily prepared with your own hand, just leaving pieces of pumpkin bake until soft, and then whipping them with a blender.

Preparation
