Curd and apple pie

Once again, to prove the universality and win-win application of a simple fermented milk product, we decided several seasonal recipes for curd-apple pies.

Cottage cheese-apple pie «Tenderness»

The basis of this test is very similar to sand, but from the classical variation differs not only the features of the technology of preparation, but also its softness and friability. In the company of cottage cheese and apple filler the best couple of a cup of tea can not be found.

Before you cook apple-curd cake, tackle the sandy foundation, its recipe is quite simple. Chop the cold butter together with flour, baking powder and sugar, and add the egg to the crumb formed. After kneading a smooth dough, divide it in half and roll it into two discs. Put one of them on the bottom of the mold.

Apples rub. To make the filling more creamy, mix the cottage cheese with cream cheese. Add a little sugar to the resulting mass and put apples. Distribute the filling over the base cake and cover with the second disc of the dough from above, the edges blend together.

Apple-curd cake made from shortcake is cooked at 200 degrees for half an hour.

Simple apple-curd cake - recipe

The easiest way to prepare any bake is based on using a ready-made dough. Block puff pastry can be bought in any supermarket and in a matter of minutes turn into a full seasonal delicacy.

While the sheet of puff pastry is thawing, prepare the curd filling, for which you need to whip the cottage cheese with eggs and condensed milk. When the mass becomes more uniform, prepare the apples, removing the cores from them and slices.

From the rolled out dough, cut out the disc, lay it in a mold, covering its bottom and walls. Distribute the curd filling. Top with apple slices, sprinkle them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake the cake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Before serving, add the cake to chopped pistachios.

Cake with cottage cheese and apple stuffing

This classic pie came to us from Italy. At home, Ricotta is used as its basis, but if it was not possible to find the Italian cheese, it can be safely replaced with an available cottage cheese.

Preparation

Eggs beat whiskey into them until the surface is covered with foam. Melt the butter and pour it into the eggs with warm milk and limoncello. Mix flour with yeast and add a dry mixture to the liquids. After mixing the dough, place it in an oiled form and grasp the filling.

Apple grate. Cottage cheese and eggs whisk together with sugar until you get a mixture of mousse consistency. Mix the curd base with the grated apple and spread the filling over the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Such a curd-apple pie can be made in a multivark, setting the "Baking" mode for 1 hour.
