Melt it, but do not bring it to a boil, and then cool it. Then drive the egg, pour the remaining sugar and beat whisk until smooth. After that, combine the egg mixture with the milk and carefully mix the fork. In a deep bowl, pour out a few glasses of flour, make a groove and pour out the yeast liquid. Gradually introduce all the rest of the flour and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with a thick towel and leave for about 1.5 hours at room temperature.
