This soup is very easy to cook, if there is a combine in the house. All vegetables should be finely chopped, put in a saucepan, pour tomato juice. If the vegetables are not completely hidden in the juice, add water. Bring the soup to a boil, boil for 10 minutes, then bring it under low heat until ready for another 10-15 minutes.
  2. Option number 2. Prepare three liters of water, two handfuls of chopped cabbage, a bunch or a couple of stalks of celery, 2 tomatoes, 5 onions, 1-2 bell peppers and spices to taste. Cut all the vegetables, put them in a saucepan with boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. The soup is ready!
