Cook boiled chicken meat in small cubes or twist it in a meat grinder. Chop the onion lightly and fry until red on vegetable oil. Add it to the meat, salt, pepper, put the shredded greens and mix well. This will be our stuffing. Now we proceed to the test. Zucchini let through the grater (if zucchini are old, then peel better clean and remove the core), add kefir, vegetable oil, chicken egg, wheat flour and mix. Frying pan fry with oil, warm it well, pour a portion of dough, evenly distribute it over the surface of the frying pan. Immediately on one edge of the pancake spread the filling, with the spatula we bend the other side and cover it with the filling. We press it well, so that the edges are sealed and fried from both sides to a pleasant rosy color. Serve such zucchini chebureki better warm with sour cream, mayonnaise or any other sauce.
