Chebureks from zucchini with minced meat
Ingredients:
- young zucchini - 0,5 kg;
- milk - 330 ml;
- onion - 130 g;
- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- wheat flour - 260 g;
- ground dill - 15 g;
- vegetable oil - 80 ml;
- salt;
- pepper;
- minced meat from boiled pork with onions - 300 g.
Preparation
Zucchini and onions three on a grater, add milk, flour, eggs, dill, vegetable oil, pepper and salt. Mix well to make the dough a little thicker than the pancake. Frying pan warm up well, grease it with oil and pour out a portion of dough, distribute it in a frying pan and on one edge we place the filling. When the pancake is already browned, gently lift the edge and cover the filling with it, press it, fixing the edges. Fry from one and the other side until golden brown. To the table, chebureks from zucchini should be served immediately, until they have cooled down.
Chebureks from zucchini - recipe
Ingredients:
- boiled chicken - 250 g;
- onion - 150 g;
- vegetable oil - 60 ml;
- crushed green parsley - 10 g;
- zucchini - 500 g;
- chicken eggs - 1 piece;
- kefir 3.2% fat content - 100 ml;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- Wheat flour - 170 g.
Preparation
Cook boiled chicken meat in small cubes or twist it in a meat grinder. Chop the onion lightly and fry until red on vegetable oil. Add it to the meat, salt, pepper, put the shredded greens and mix well. This will be our stuffing.
