Banana roll

Fans of bananas must certainly try the recipe of a roll using this fruit. An unusually fragrant biscuit and a delicate cream, all this is flavored with a love for food and easy cooking - an ideal option for inexperienced chefs.

Chocolate-banana roll

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking tray with the size 28x32 cm and cover it with baking paper. With the power of a mixer, whisk egg yolks with white sugar. We sift the cocoa with flour and add to the whipped yolks. Black chocolate is melted and slightly cooled, so that after its addition, the eggs do not curl.

Cooled mass pour into the dough, then add 2 tablespoons of warm water and mix thoroughly. Separately beat the egg whites to hard peaks. The air protein mass is introduced into the dough, gently stirring it with a spatula. Distribute the mixture on a prepared baking sheet and put in the oven for 12 minutes. With the finished base for the roll, we remove the paper and cover it with a damp towel. We turn the cake into a roll and leave it for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, take up the cream. The banana is cleaned and blended with a blender, add the condensed milk and cream cheese to the prepared mashed potatoes, whisk again. We distribute the cream over the cooled cake and, on top, sprinkle a banana roll with condensed milk with a chopped chocolate bar.

Before you make a banana roll, heat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the parchment with a silicone baking mold measuring 15x10 cm, grease the parchment and sprinkle with flour.

In a small bowl sift flour, baking powder and soda, carefully mix everything. In a bowl, whisk eggs more with sugar, add banana puree and whisk again. Constantly stirring, we introduce dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Ready dough poured into a prepared form and sent to the oven for 13-15 minutes. Ready cork is put on a wet towel and rolled into a roll.

Ingredients for cream whip until smooth. Distribute the cream over the cooled cake and turn it off again. Before serving, we give the dish a couple of hours, or better all night.

Preparation

Heat the oil in deep frying, or a small saucepan. On a pre-soaked sheet of rice paper we put pieces of banana and chocolate. Fold the paper in an envelope. From flour and water we make a dessert and we dip into it finished rolls. Fry every such roll with banana filling to golden color.

We put the saucepan on a water bath and put into it slices of dark chocolate. Constantly stirring, melt the chocolate and pour cream to it. We pour the rolls with the finished glaze and serve it hot, immediately after the preparation.
