Preparation

  1. For opara, we dissolve the fresh pressed yeast in warm milk, in which we first dissolve sugar.

  3. Leave a mass of minutes for ten before the fermentation, then pour a little beaten with salt separately eggs and add small amounts of flour mixed.
  4. In the process of kneading together with flour pour in and vegetable oil, each time the dough is well kneaded.
  5. As a result, we get a soft and only a very slightly sticky com, which we cover in a bowl with a tissue cut and leave it in the warmth for a couple of hours. During this time, the dough should be kneaded once and slightly repulsed, after which it should be put back again.

Filling for fish pies

  1. While the dough ripens, we prepare the filling from fish and rice for pies.
  2. We remove the pink salmon, gut and separate the fillets from the bones.
  3. The obtained fish pulp is shredded with small pieces, which are fried in a pan with a small amount of oil for several minutes until ready. Do not forget in the process of frying salted salmon and pepper.
  4. Boil also until the rice is ready and mix it after cooling with fried fish.
  5. Onion is cleaned, finely shredded, we pass until golden in a frying pan and also interfere with the filling.

Cooking pies

  1. Now from the finished dough roll balls and put them on a table or cutting board.
  2. Each ball is turned into a flat cake, in the center of which we put the filling, we close the opposite edges and tear them, giving the patties a characteristic oblong shape.
  3. We dispose of the blanks on an oiled baking sheet and give them twenty or thirty minutes to stand, then cover with a mixture of yolk and milk and immediately put the oven into the oven heated up to 180 degrees for twenty minutes.
