Bacon or lard is cut into small pieces and inserted into cuts in potatoes, peppers. Just do not pick potatoes, because during baking bacon or bacon will pick out salt, and it may be too much.

We take food foil and wrap each potato in a separate piece. The oven is heated to 190 degrees and we send potatoes into it for 30-35 minutes. Then we take out the potatoes, unfold the foil and bake for another 7-10 minutes. Cut the greens finely and sprinkle each potato on the table.
