Liver cod is mashed slightly with a fork, gently draining excess oil. Spread evenly and cover with mayonnaise. Eggs boil hard, clean, separate the proteins from the yolks and separately three on a small grater. We spread out the proteins, add some salt and cover it with mayonnaise, and then pour the yolks. Cut the olives in half and put it on top. Before serving, we complement the dish with chips, forming the petals of the sunflower.

We carefully rinse the potatoes with a brush, place in a saucepan filled with water, salt and bring to a boil. Then the flame is diminished, covered with a lid and cooked until ready. In parallel, in the next saucepan, we prepare eggs. The bulb is cleaned, crushed, put into a cup and poured with boiling water for 10 minutes. Ready potatoes and eggs are cooled and cleaned. Liver cod with a fork and knead excess oil. We divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks. First we rub together with cheese on a large grater, and potatoes and yolks - on fine. We rinse the greens, shake it and cut it lightly with a knife. Now take a beautiful salad bowl, spread the first layer of grated potatoes, then cheese and cod liver. We cover with mayonnaise, we put egg whites and cheese on top and sprinkle the whole salad with grated yolks.
