Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 300 g;

Preparation
We bring the water to a boil, put the peeled vegetables in a saucepan and cook them on low heat for 30 minutes. After half an hour, add the broth, sliced with large slices of potatoes, and cook for another 20 minutes. This time we process the chicken fillet, rinse and grind it. Welded vegetables are carefully taken out of the broth and put in a saucepan fillets. Onions, the root of parsley carrots we no longer need, but the potatoes are put into deep dishes. In the broth, add crushed basil, ground pepper, bay leaf and salt. When the chicken fillet is ready - add a little crushed potatoes. Further on the heated frying pan pour out the vermicelli and fry it until golden brown. Fused raw cheese rubbed on a coarse grater. Transfer all the remaining ingredients into a saucepan, mix and cook with the lid closed. Then we remove chicken soup with melted cheese from the fire, add a piece of butter and leave to stand.

Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 2 l;
- cheese - 100 g;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- potatoes - 2 pieces;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
In the chicken broth we put the potato cut into straws and cook for 10 minutes. On vegetable oil, we sliced the chopped onion. Add to the soup roast, salt, honey, pepper, diced cheese and sour cream. Whisk everything with a blender and serve chicken soup with cheese and croutons.
