Preparation

Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 1.5 kg;
- refined sunflower oil - 1 glass;
For marinade:
- tomato paste - 200 g;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2 slices;
- basil - 5-6 branches;
For batter:
- egg of chicken - 3-4 pieces;
- flour - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- Freshly ground pepper - 1 pinch;
- salt iodized - to taste.

We spread the paste with a glass of soda water, add the sliced onions, the garlic passed through the press and the finely chopped basil. We keep the wings for 4-5 hours.
Now tell you how to cook the wings in batter. We beat the batter until the consistency of the medium density of sour cream - in it, too, pour a little soda water to make it more lush. We remove the wings from the marinade, let it drain properly, then dip into the batter and fry the wings in battered frying pan in boiling oil on medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes. We spread it on the grate so that excess oil can drain.
Wings in beer batter
Ingredients:
- wings - 1.5 kg;
- odorless vegetable refined vegetable - 1 glass;
For marinade:
- light beer without preservatives - 1 glass;
- parsley - 1 small bunch;
For batter:
- egg - 3-4 pieces;
- beer (same as marinade) - 1 glass;
- wheat flour - 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
- salt - 2-3 pinch;
- freshly ground sweet pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Wings will be prepared and, shifting branches of parsley, we will fill with beer.
To make the dish more useful, you can cook the wings in batter in the oven.
