It is surprising that for the preparation of hard cheese it is necessary to use all the same ingredients as for the preparation of a fused product, but the technology for cooking such cheese differs from that described above.

Combine the cottage cheese with milk in any enamelware. Place the dishes over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes. Milk bunches throw in a colander and shift the cheese into a clean container. Place everything above water bath, add butter, egg, soda and pinch of salt. Stirring, cook the ingredients for 10 minutes (the longer you digest the mixture, the harder the cheese will go), and put the finished homogeneous mass in the chosen form and leave it to cool.
