Chocolate banana cake - recipe
Ingredients:
- ripe bananas - 6 pieces;
- white sugar - 230 g;
- flour - 480 g;

- soda - 5 g;
- sour cream - 230 ml.

- cocoa powder 75 g;
- boiling water - 120 ml;
- butter - 310 g;
- powdered sugar - 45 g;

Preparation
While the oven warms up to 180 degrees, smash the ripe bananas in a mash and mix with sour cream, sugar, butter and eggs. To liquid ingredients, add soya baked with flour, and divide the resulting dough between two 20-cm forms. Bake cakes for 50 minutes.
For a salty caramel mixture of sugar with water, bring to a deep amber color, pour sea salt, and then, removing the sauté pan from the fire, add butter and cream. Return the dishes to the fire and wait for the complete dissolution of the hardened caramel pieces.

- banana milk - 150 ml;
- powdered sugar - 45 g.
Preparation
Pound the bananas in a puree and mix the resulting mass with kefir and butter. Sugar and eggs whisk together until the air whitish mass and pour into the bananas. Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and soda, pour into liquid ingredients and add almonds.
Temper the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the 18-cm shape and fill it with a batter. Bake a biscuit 35-40 minutes.
Beat thick cream with powdered sugar and banana milk until lush cream is obtained. Cut the biscuit in half and cover the cream inside and out.
