For the preparation of the dough grind the melted cream butter with sugar, mix the resulting mass with slightly beaten eggs with chicken, add salt, baking powder, kefir and sifted flour and mix the mixture thoroughly until smooth. The consistency of the test should be like a home-brewed sour cream. Now we shift the mass into the oiled oil tank, and from the top we spread the berries of the cherry, after washing them, drying and ridding them of the bones. Now we rub the surface of the product to taste with sugar or powder and send it to bake.

Such a pie with cherries on kefir can be brought to the ready both in the oven and in the multivark. The temperature regime for this must be set at 180 degrees and bake the product in the oven for forty to fifty minutes, and in the multivar device, depending on the model, from fifty minutes to one and a half hours. The first step is to prepare the cherries. We wash berries, save them from bones and put them in a colander for a while to get rid of excess moisture, and start preparing the test. We process with a mixer chicken eggs, combining them in a bowl previously with sugar. After all the crystals have dissolved, and the egg mass becomes lush and airy, we put soft butter, infuse kefir, throw a pinch of salt and Vanillin and whisk the mass for another minute. Now, in small portions, we sift the cocoa powder and wheat flour into the dough and gently knead it to a homogeneous texture.

In the oily baking tank pour out a little less than half the dough, on top lay out the prepared cherry, fill the berries with the remaining dough and set for cooking in a preheated to 180 degrees oven. After about forty-five minutes, we test the readiness with a match or toothpick.
