We process the fish, gut and thoroughly rinse. Then we make small incisions across the carcass and rub it with spices.

Without losing time, we prepare vegetables: we rinse the tomato, shred slices, and cut the onions into half rings. Cut the lemon into thin rings. Now we spread the pike perch on a sheet of foil, inserting into pieces the pieces of tomatoes and lemon. Mix mustard with lemon juice and grease this sauce with fish from both sides. The remaining vegetables are filled with carcass, wrapped in foil and baked pike perch in foil in an oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
