First, let's prepare all the ingredients with you: rice is washed, boiled with the addition of salt. Onions are cleaned, crushed in cubes. Eggs boil hard boiled, cleaned and chopped straw. Then we mix everything with the liver of cod, add the onion ray. Salad slightly add salt to taste, fill with mayonnaise and mix. Such salad from cod liver turns out amazingly tasty, sufficiently satisfying and easily decorates any festive table.

Let's start with the mashed potatoes. Potatoes are cleaned, washed and sliced. Cook in unsalted water with garlic. Then gently drain the water, add butter, boiled milk and whisk in a blender. We season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.

Now go to the fish. We rub the cod fillets with salt, leave for 7 minutes, and then rinse and dry. Thus, the fish is evenly salted. After that, we cut the cod into pieces, throw it into boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes.

Peeled onion finely chopped, and boil on a small fire in a meat broth and wine 3 minutes. Then increase the fire, season with spices and bring to a boil. Asparagus beans are cooked for about 4 minutes in slightly salted water. Now put the mashed potatoes, top asparagus, and then fish. Sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs and pour the sauce over it.
