Thin waist, tight buttocks , slender legs and a beautiful press - the dream of many women. The goal is quite achievable, if you regularly perform exercises for the ideal figure. It is best to give preference to the basic exercises that give the load on a large number of muscles.

To get rid of extra pounds and work out the muscle relief, it is recommended to train three times a week. For the result, you need to repeat the exercises in several circles.

5 exercises for the perfect figure:

  1. Do squats before the hips reach the horizontal. Take care that your knees do not go forward. Take the dumbbell in both hands and, dropping down, lift it in front of you.
  2. To work out the press at home, do the following exercise for the ideal figure: sit on your back and keep your hands on the top so that they are above the chest, throughout the exercise. Exhaling, lift the upper part of the body and simultaneously one leg, so that it as a result is parallel to the hands. On exhalation, descend into the PI and repeat everything to the other leg.
  3. For the next exercise, being on your back, keep your legs bent at the knees, and hands along the body or spread them apart. Raise and lower the pelvis so that the body is straight, fixing the body at the top point.
  4. For the beauty of the hands, do push-ups , for which purpose take the prone position, so that the body is straight. Go down, bending your arms in the elbows, before the chest touches the floor, and return to the FE.
  5. Stand on all fours, and pull back one leg and the opposite arm forward so that they form a straight line. After this, bend them so that the knee is touched to the elbow, and straighten them again. Make the required number of times and repeat to the other side.
