To make baked fish fillets in a multivark, first we clean all the potatoes and cut it with thin straws. The fillet is rinsed and shredded in small pieces, and the onion is shredded with half rings. Hard cheese rubbed on a grater in a separate bowl. Now, we lubricate the bowl of the multivark oil and put the prepared potatoes into it. We pick it up to taste, cover it with fish pieces and sprinkle with onions. Cover the top layer with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and close the lid. We prepare the dish for 40 minutes by selecting the "Baking" program on the display.

The fillet is washed, dried and rubbed with spices. While the fish is soaked, go to the preparation of vegetables: We clean the bulb, shinken the rings and spread it into the bowl of the multivarka, oiled with oil. Beets and carrots are cleaned, cut into small slices or grinded on a grater with large holes. We put some vegetables in a bowl, and the rest we send to the onions. Now put the fish in the bowl and sprinkle an even layer of grated cheese. At the very end, we cover the dish with vegetables previously laid and season with spices. On top, squeeze the lemon juice to taste, close the lid and turn on the device for "Baking" mode for 45 minutes. The ready fish is carefully placed on a plate, decorated with fresh herbs and served with a favorite side dish.
