Make of wire and nylon flowers will not be difficult even for beginners.
For the production of flowers from kapron, the following set of tools and materials will be needed (photo 1):
a set of plastic patterns with a diameter of 17 to 75 mm;
- floristic wire;
- flexible wire;
- tape for connecting flowers with stems;
- pliers;
- round pliers;
- scissors;
- glue gun;
- capron.
Let's start to make
- Create a frame for the petal. To do this, cut off the wire with a small margin and wrap it around the template, twisting it with the help of pliers.
- The ends of the wire must be cut with wire cutters, leaving the foot no more than 10 mm.
- If among the templates you did not find a suitable diameter, then you can use the available materials - coil from scotch tape, finger battery, felt-tip pen.
- We bend the frame of the petal, giving it the necessary shape. We proceed to the skinning of the frame.
- Pull the capron on the frame, fixing it with a thread of suitable color.
- Cut off the excess capron in such a way that the leg would look half.
- If we want to get a petal more saturated color, it can be covered with a second layer of nylon.
- A petal of a different color or shade can be obtained by covering the petal with two layers of nylon of different colors.
- Also, you can immediately pull nylon folded twice or thrice.
- Get the petals with a color transition, you can use a two-color nylon in work.
- Using this principle, you can get petals of one color, with a different pattern - with darker or lighter tips.
- To create petals with a wavy edge, the wire must be twisted into a spiral. To do this, it is wound on a rod of suitable diameter (pencil, knitting needle, etc.), remove the resulting spiral.
- Stretch the spiral to the desired waviness and form the skeleton of the petal.
- Varying the density of the turns of the spiral or forming a spiral only along the part of the contour, one can achieve interesting results.
- You can also create a petal skeleton on the template first, and then create curls.
- For some colors (for example, bindweed), the wire must be bent not in the pattern, but in the shape of the letter P with the help of long-nose pliers.
- We close the ends of the wire and get a template in the form of an asterisk. We connect the rays of the asterisk and get a bud of convolvulus.
- The petals with a notched edge can also be obtained by aligning the curls of the spiral.
- Stamens for the flower should be pre-assembled into a bundle and secured with a thread. The flower petals should be bent, a bundle of stamens inserted and primed to the flower leg. After this, the petals are leveled, hiding the place where the stamens are fastened.
