Now sprinkle the berries with sugar and re-put a few cherries and strawberries in the jar.

Then - again about 20 g of sugar and repeat this alternation several times. When the jars are completely filled, cover them with gauze and leave for 3 hours for strawberries and cherries to let the juice. When you see that the contents of the jar are slightly condensed and become below the level of the jar of the jar, place the container in a large saucepan with hot water, for sterilization. Then compote of cherries and strawberries is closed tightly with lids, turn over and leave to cool.
