Prevention of rupture during labor

Many complications can be avoided if all the instructions and warnings of the doctor and obstetrician are followed. As prevention of ruptures, physical exercises can be recommended to strengthen and prepare the pelvic floor muscles, learn proper breathing techniques during childbirth even during pregnancy, regular perineal massage, diet in the last weeks before childbirth, timely treatment of the genital area and, as far as possible, thrush and colpitis during pregnancy.
