  2. Prepare tomatoes. They need to be washed and cut into halves, and then grated on a grater so that the peel is left in the hand. If more complex actions are available to you, lower the tomatoes in boiling water and gently peel off the skin, and then rub with a combine harvester or blender.
  3. Spices with salt and garlic grind in a mortar until you get a gruel. In the classical version there are no spices, but nobody forbade experiments, so to get the "Gorloder" with garlic is really tasty, the recipe should be "brought" for yourself.
  4. Mix tomato pulp with garlic mush. We try. Initially, the sauce should not seem very sharp and slightly under-salted - insisting, it will absorb all the flavors and tastes and will reveal them completely.
  5. Also good is the "Gorloder" with garlic and horseradish. Just rub on the smallest grater spine cleaned horseradish and add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of grated mass to our sauce. Do not heat.
  6. We insist about 12 hours in a cold place, pour on jars, tightly cork and store in the refrigerator. The overturned sauce becomes sour-bitter, so prepare it in small batches and eat it for 2-3 days.

We prepare "Gorloder" for future use

If there are a lot of tomatoes, you can make a "Gorloder" from a tomato with garlic for the winter. In order to maintain maximum benefit, we prepare in 2 stages.

  1. We wash the washed tomatoes through a meat grinder and pour the resulting tomato mass into a cauldron or a thick-walled pan. We cook until the desired consistency, stir, add salt.
  2. When the juice thickens, add crushed garlic and heat for 5 minutes. We pour into sterilized jars and close.
  3. As you can see, doing "Garlor" with garlic for the winter is simple and inexpensive. However, no other additives are needed in this sauce. Horseradish, pepper, a mixture of spices is better to add immediately before consuming "Gorlodera" in food.
  4. It is worth adding one thing: to get a delicious "Gorloder", the recipe can not be changed, if you overdo it with garlic, you can get heartburn or gastritis, and if it is not reported, the sauce will be insipid.
