Grog with rum and cognac
Ingredients:
- cognac - 28 ml;
- rum - 20 ml;
- lime juice - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- grapefruit juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- a mixture of ground spices (cinnamon, cloves, vanilla) - 1 tsp.
Preparation
Spices are brewed in 1/2 cup of warm water and put on the stove. We bring the liquid to a boil and add spices to it. We remove the ox from the fire and pour in rum and cognac to it. We serve grog with rum hot along with a slice of citrus.
Cognac grog with cider
Ingredients:
- cognac - 80 ml;
- grapefruit juice - 40 ml;
- lemon juice - 20 ml;
- syrup - 1 teaspoon;
- apple cider - 160 ml;
- grapefruit peel.
Preparation
Fill the shaker with ice and pour cognac, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup. Thoroughly beat everything. Pour the resulting drink into a glass with a pair of ice cubes, and the remaining volume is supplemented with apple cider. We decorate the drink with a strip of peel of grapefruit, or orange and serve.
