After baking the vegetable in the oven for thirty-five to forty minutes, sprinkle it with sugar and send it to the maximum temperature for another seven minutes.

To implement the recipe, we put the prepared pieces of pumpkin and apples in a baking dish, sprinkle the dish with lemon juice, season with ground cinnamon and sugar and send it to the oven heated to 220 degrees for twenty-five minutes. You can additionally sprinkle slices of vegetable and fruit with sesame seeds or nuts.

To prepare the dish, choose a beautiful fruit of the pumpkin of the correct form, wash it and cut out the likeness of the lid. We select with the help of a spoon the seeds and well clean the fruit inside from the fibers, so that only the flesh remains, which we rub with butter and salt.

In the frying pan, we cut the cut bulb on the pan until it is transparent, and then we lay the carrots, passing it through a large grater beforehand or cut into thin straws (which is preferable). Fry the vegetables together for another couple of minutes, and put them into another vessel. Now we will pour a little more sunflower oil into the frying pan, let it warm up, and spread the pork cut into small slices. We give the meat to buy a mouth-watering blush, stirring occasionally, and lay out to fried vegetables. We also add the rice boiled to the state of al dente, we throw the Provencal dried herbs, pepper black ground, salt and mix it. If you want, you can also add a little fresh greens or a chopped Bulgarian pepper to the filling for the pumpkin, which will give the dish a certain flavor.

We fill the prepared mass with our pumpkin, cover it with a "lid" and put it in the oven for one and a half hours at a temperature of 200 degrees.
