How to make a beef goulash with prunes

Cut the meat into small oblong pieces and spread it into a deep frying pan or a scallop. Pour water to cover the meat. We put 4 pcs. bay leaves, 3-4 cloves of garlic and several peas of black pepper. Bring the water to a boil, remove the foam, reduce heat and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes under a closed lid. Onion finely chopped, carrots thin straws. Garlic is also chopped. Fry the onions until golden, add the garlic and a little later, carrots. All mix and fry on low heat for 5-7 minutes. To the meat add basil, seasonings, salt and broth cubes, cook for about 5 minutes. After we send there re-frying and cook for 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, flour and 3-4 st. spoons of tomato paste. We mix the mass until uniform and send it to the meat. We cut the meat into cubes, chop the garlic and onion, we do not need to cut the mushrooms. In the saucepan, melt the butter, add olive oil to it and fry the meat, which is boneless in the flour. Meat from the pan is extracted, and on the same oil fry onion and garlic, and then add the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are lightly fried, pour into the pan wine, salt, pepper and put the meat. We mix two tablespoons of flour with broth, send it to a saucepan and mix it. Put the thyme, close the lid, stew until cooked. We give the meat to brew, after which we serve goulash from beef with gravy and garnish to taste.

How to make beef goulash with sour cream?

Diced meat fry 10 minutes in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry for another 8 minutes, then sprinkle with flour, fry for 2 minutes and put the meat in a preheated saucepan.
