Herring recipe with onion in mustard sauce

Ingredients:

Preparation

We cut off the head with a fragrant, spicy herring, then carefully remove the skin and equally carefully separate from the thin ridge halves of its fillets. Now cut the fillet with a sharp knife, so that the pieces turn out to be oblong. We put them in a deep herring or salad bowl. Remove the onions from the onion, cut it into half rings or a quarter of the ring and spread it over the fish fillet.

In a separate plate or bowl, pour boiled water and add to it the right amount of table vinegar. Next we introduce here the prepared mustard, along with its grains and sugar. We add an aromatic vegetable oil to the sauce, mix it, and then put it into a salad bowl with a herring and re-mix it with the fish. Literally in about 20 minutes the herring can already be sampled, tearing before it its finely chopped green onion feathers.

Herring recipe in mayonnaise-mustard sauce

Ingredients:

Preparation

According to the principle of our first recipe, we separate the herring fillets from carcasses and also cut it into beautiful thin pieces.

In the bowl we squeeze out the juice from the lemon cut into two. Add some salt and fine granulated sugar to it. We bring here a good ready-made mustard, olive mayonnaise, sprinkle everything with a mixture of various peppers and topping the water with the most thorough mixing. In this ready-made fine sauce we lay out all the pieces of the previously prepared herring and mix it with a wooden spatula. Now we move the contents of the bowl into a jar of glass and send it to soak into the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
