Biscuits with strawberries and cottage cheese - recipe
Ingredients:
For the test:
- whole-grain flour - 150 g;
- flour (the highest grade) - 200 g;
- kitchen salt - 2/3 teaspoons (without a slide);
- granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
- sunflower oil - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- water 120 ml.
For filling:
- fresh strawberries - 450-500 g;
- low fat cottage cheese - 250 g;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- granulated sugar - 50 g.
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the whole-wheat flour and the premium. Without ceasing to mix it, pour in the kitchen salt, baking powder and fine granulated sugar. In this dry mixture, we make a funnel into which we pour cool water and sunflower oil. First, using a spoon and then clean hands, we knead an elastic and at the same time elastic dough, which is wrapped in a food film and sent to the refrigerator chamber for 25-30 minutes.
We cut the clean, prepared strawberries with a knife, like thin plates. Degreased curd we put in a bowl, pour out the right amount of sugar in it, add any sour cream and break the mass to homogeneity blender.
Already cooled chunk of dough is divided into the amount you need to be biscuits. Each of the pieces is pressed and rolled out no thicker than 5 mm. We lay out the blanks on the baking sheet covered with parchment and at the center of each place first a mass of cottage cheese, and then cover it with berries of strawberries. The edges of the dough are lifted up and in a circle, in the form of a fan we patch. In the oven heated up to 195 degrees, we send the resulting biscuits, which we bake for about half an hour.
Pie-cake with strawberries, rhubarb and apple

- water - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- butter (or margarine) - 90 g;
- fine sugar - 2.5 tbsp. spoons;
- kitchen salt - a pinch;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon.
For filling:
- fine sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- strawberries - 150 g;
- sweet apple - 1 piece;
- rhubarb - 200 g.

The flour is thoroughly mixed with added sugar, kitchen salt and, of course,
Strawberry, a juicy apple and rhubarb we chop medium-sized cubes and mix them all in any container.
We roll our dough into a big, thin circle. We spread it on the center of the baking sheet. In addition to the three centimeters from the edge, fill the whole area of the dough with a filling, sprinkle it with fine sugar and cover the edge of the cake with a fan. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees temperature for only 28-30 minutes.
