In a deep dish we pour out sour cream, add sugar, starch and eggs. All is well beat, you can add vanillin. The dough is rolled into a round layer of a slightly larger shape, in which the cake will be baked. The thickness should be about 5 cm. Place the dough layer in the mold and sculpt the sides. After every 2.5 cm on the sides, cut the knife. The top of each resulting petal is tapped with fingers to make triangles. In the received form we pour the filling out of sour cream, if the edges much higher than the filling can be wrapped to the center. Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
