Now we make syrup: on average heat heat a liter of water, add sugar and after it begins to boil we lay skins. After boiling, reduce fire, cook a couple of hours, stirring occasionally. The crusts will become transparent, and the jam will thicken. You can switch off the clock after 2 lights. In the cooled jam pour the tangerine juice and boil for 15 minutes. At the same time, do not forget to mix it. Now add the citric acid, stir and cook for about 10 minutes. We put the prepared jam on clean jars.
