Ingredients:
- tomato natural paste - 505 ml;
- water - 105 ml;
- laurel leaf - 2 pcs .;
- mustard dry - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- onion - 45 g;
- garlic - 10 g;
- cloves, spices;
- sugar - 15 g.
Preparation
The tomato paste is diluted with filtered water until a thick mixture is obtained. We pour it into a saucepan, we throw sugar and salt. We clean the onion, finely chop it and add it to the ketchup. We put the dishes on medium fire and after boiling, we reduce the fire to the minimum level. Then sprinkle mustard powder, black pepper and cloves. After 10 minutes, add the vinegar and squeeze through the press cleaned cloves of garlic. Boil homemade ketchup, stirring, another 10 minutes, and then pour into small clean jars. We roll up the lids, turn over the blanks and wrap it around with something warm.
