Lavash roll with canned goods

Lavash - a fresh, very thin flat cake of wheat flour, the oldest kind of bread, has become a real find for modern housewives. With its help, prepare all kinds of snacks, various rolls, including canned food. Fish roll in pita bread can become a worthy substitute for boring sandwiches and canapés on both the festive table and on weekdays. The whole process of cooking takes a few minutes (the same amount is required that it "disappeared" through the efforts of your household). But it is still necessary to prepare lavash rolls with canned food in advance - before using them, one should stand several hours in the refrigerator, so that the cake is soaked and the roll is "seized".

Lavash roll with tuna

Ingredients:

Drain the liquid from the canned food and knead the tuna with a fork. On a large grater we rub eggs, cheese (you can replace it with 100 g of smoked cheese - it's more piquant). Add to the fish. Then finely chop the onions, cucumber (or 5-8 gherkins), greens. Mix everything with mayonnaise.

The resulting mass should not be very liquid. We apply it evenly on the pita bread. Tightly roll the roll. We wrap the food film and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Before serving, cut into slices about 2 cm thick. We spread on lettuce leaves, which can be eaten together with these appetizing lavash rolls with fish.

Lavash roll with saury

Ingredients:

We prepare three fillings:

  1. Grate the melted cheese, squeeze garlic, add half of mayonnaise and mix well.
  2. We pound it with fork and stir with the remaining mayonnaise.
  3. Finely chop tomatoes and greens.

We spread the stuffing on lavash in the same order as we prepared (cake, then filling - repeat 3 times). We spin the roll into the refrigerator.

Cut into slices better at an acute angle - it's more beautiful in the cut. Snack rolls from pita bread with saury are ready!

Lavash roll with sardine

Ingredients:

We prepare two fillings:

  1. Boiled eggs and cheese rubbed on a fine grater. Add the chopped onion, water the mayonnaise (half), mix well.
  2. We can drain liquid from canned food, sardines mash and mix with the remaining mayonnaise.

On the table spread the foil, lay out the pita bread and grease it with the first stuffing, close it with the second sheet of lavash and lay out the second stuffing. Fold the pita into a roll, cover with foil and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Rolls of pita bread with sprats

Onion finely chopped and marinated in lemon juice with sugar 15 minutes. We cut a lot of Bulgarian pepper, drain the butter from the canned food. Place the fish, pepper and onions in a bowl of blender and beat until smooth. If the blender is not at hand, the vegetables are very finely shredded, and sprats mash with a fork. Add the mayonnaise and mix.

We spread pita bread on the food film and evenly cover it with a filling (about a third). We put on top the second sheet of pita bread and cover it again with fillings, just as we do with the third one. We fold the roll, cover it with film and hide it in the refrigerator, away from the greedy looks of hungry household members. A couple of hours you can serve a snack to the table!
