Ingredients:

Preparation
In the frying pan lightly toast minced meat, salt it and put it in a plate. In the same place, we crush the chopped onions and diced tomatoes. Fry until light rudeness. For the sauce in the milk, pour the flour and stir. Add salt to taste and let the mixture boil, stirring. The form is slightly oiled and layers are laid out ingredients: pita bread, minced meat, again lavash, then a vegetable mixture and cover with pita bread. Fill it with sauce and cheese. Ingredients:
- chicken mince - 450 g;
- milk - 450 ml;
- pasta - 200 g;
- pepper bulgarian red - 2 pcs .;
- flour - 70 g;
- tomatoes - 250 g;
- onion - 120 g;
- butter - 45 g;
- soft cheese - 100 g;
- salt;
- pepper;
- refined vegetable oil - 20 ml.
Preparation
We peel the tomatoes from the peel and pulp with a fork. Chop the onion until brown. We spread the chicken mince, salt, pepper and fry for 10 minutes. Add the crushed tomatoes and diced peppers. Fry for another 7 minutes. Now prepare the sauce: in the melted butter spread the flour and lightly fry, stirring. Slowly pour the milk and cook on low heat until thick, not forgetting to mix. When the sauce becomes a consistency of thick sour cream, turn off the fire. Boil the pasta in a lot of salted water. We throw them in a colander. Now put them first layer on a baking sheet and top with half of the prepared sauce. From above place a mixture of minced meat and vegetables. We level the surface and pour the tops of the sauce on top. We put the lasagna for 25 minutes in the oven. After that, we take it out and rub it with cheese. Once it melts, lasagna can be removed.

- garlic - 2 cloves;
- chicken fillet - 250 g;
- milk - 220 ml;

Preparation
