Juicy, ripe and such a fragrant melon, it would seem, does not need any additions, but the human desire to improve an already beautiful creation takes up. And there's nothing left for us but to make a dessert out of melon.
Dessert of melon with honey
Ingredients:
- melon - 2 pieces;
- lime - 1 piece;
- Ricotta cheese - 250 g;
- honey - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- vinegar wine (white) - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- pumpkin oil - 1 tbsp. bed;
- mint - 3 branches;
- Vanillin - 1 sachet.
Preparation
Melon cut in half, remove the seeds and a special spoon cut out the pulp from the pulp. We completely scrape out the soft part of the melon and mash it in a mash. Add to it 2 tbsp. spoons of honey, oil, vinegar, juice and lime zest. We mix it well and put it into the cleaned melon halves.
Cheese is mixed with the remaining honey and vanillin and also distributed on melon "baskets", and from above, in an artistic mess, we spread balls from melon. We decorate with mint leaves and send it to the refrigerator for an hour. To taste this easy dessert follows chilled.
Recipe for dessert with melon and nectarine
Ingredients:
- melon - 800 g;
- Nectarines - 400 g;
- lemon juice - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- couscous - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar vanilla - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- mint - 1 sprig.
Preparation
We clear half the melon and cut it into cubes, like nectarines, leaving one for decoration. Spread the fruit in a saucepan, add lemon juice and sugar. On a slow fire, bring to a boil and cook for about ten minutes, until the mass becomes soft. Still hot fruits mash in puree and fall asleep in it couscous. Stir, cover with a lid and leave until completely cooled.
Fruit puree is laid out on kremankami, decorated with balls, carved from the remaining melon, and slices of nectarine. The final touch is the mint leaves.
Desert from an unripe melon with walnuts
If you are unlucky, and not caught a very ripe, hard melon, it is not necessarily disappointed to throw it away. The situation can still be saved!
Ingredients:
- melon - 1 piece;
- lemon - 1/2 pcs .;
- nuts walnuts - 2/3 of a century;
- Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- honey - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- sour cream - 1 item;
- salt - 1 pinch.
Preparation
With a melon a thick layer cut the skin. Cut, remove the seeds and cut the large cubes. Top with lemon juice. In a frying pan, melt the butter, add sugar, salt and water. Cook in this syrup finely chopped nuts, until the mass slightly thickens. We send the melon there, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes, until soft. We spread the dessert on plates, we pour with the formed nut sauce and we serve with sour cream.
Sorbet of melon and yogurt
Ingredients:
- melon pulp - 400 g;
- natural yogurt - 500 ml;
- honey - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Peel the melon in a blender, add yoghurt , honey and whisk until smooth. We put the mass in a plastic container and send it for a couple of hours to the freezer. Then we take out, mix again and again clean in the cold until the time when you want to pamper yourself and loved ones with this simple and useful home-made ice cream.
Melon in Port wine
Ingredients:
- melons - 2 pieces;
- cinnamon - 1 stick;
- vanilla - 1 pod;
- cloves - 3 pcs .;
- sugar - 450 g;
- port wine - 1 tbsp. 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
From the melon pulp with a special spoon we cut out the balls. In a saucepan pour half a liter of water, add sugar, cinnamon, clove and cut along the vanilla pod.
