Lamb soup with beans
Bean soup with mutton is one of the most common first dishes that are cooked with this kind of meat. It turns out to be very rich, so that even a large family will not remain hungry.
Ingredients:
- beans - 150 g;
- lamb - 500 g;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- onion - 2-3 pcs .;
- leeks - 1 piece;
- coriander, parsley, dill - 2-3 sprigs;
- adzhika - 1-2 st. spoons;
- corn flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- a mixture of dried spicy herbs - 1 teaspoon;
- mutton fat - 50 g;
- water - 2-2,5 l;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Rape mutton and beans. Cut the meat into pieces and send it along with the beans to the pan. Fill with cold water and cook over low heat, sometimes removing foam. During cooking, add the leek, cut into rings, into a saucepan.
Onion chop finely and along with flour and adzhika fry on mutton fat until the latter becomes transparent. 5-7 minutes before the end, season the soup with chopped garlic, fried onions, a mixture of herbs, finely chopped greens and salt.
Lamb soup with rice

Ingredients:
- lamb - 120 g;
- rice - 30 g;
- carrots - 20 g;
- onions - 20 g;
- flour - 5 g;
- mutton fat - 10;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- salt, pepper and greens to taste.
Preparation
Wash meat, cut into large pieces and fry for several minutes on mutton fat. Then pour it with water and cook until done. Carrots and onions peel, chop finely and pass a few minutes in vegetable oil, add flour and cook for 2-3 minutes, and then pour a liter of water or broth and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Rice cook separately in salted water until cooked. Strain the soup through a sieve, bring it to a boil, season with salt, pepper, add the finished rice, pieces of meat and greens. Cook another 5 minutes all together and pour over the plates.
Soup with lamb and potatoes

- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Lamb is washed, cut into slices, pour cold water, salt and cook until cooked. At this time, peel potatoes and onions, and cut into small cubes. 15 minutes before the end of cooking meat, add vegetables, tarragon and bay leaf to the pan. Ready soup pour on plates and if desired, sprinkle with parsley.
Lamb soup with tomatoes

Ingredients:
- fillet of lamb - 300 g;
- canned tomatoes - 5-6 pcs .;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- cloves - 6 inflorescences;
- grated ginger - ½ tsp;
- bay leaves - 3-4 pcs .;
- cinnamon - ¼ tsp;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation
Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, warm it with vegetable oil and add clove, ginger, bay leaf and cinnamon.
With the tomato, peel and cut them finely, pass the garlic through the press, and send to the meat. Salt and pepper. Boil the water and pour the contents of the pan so that it is 4-5 cm tall. Cover and simmer the soup over a slow fire for about an hour and a half.
