  1. As soon as the liquid starts to separate, we cover the container with a lid and let the pork in until all the moisture evaporates (about twenty minutes).

  1. If you cook meat with soy sauce in the oven, then it must first be marinated. Add this time in soy marinade a little honey, mustard, ground paprika, as well as crushed garlic and mix.
  2. We cut the flesh of pork or veal in small portions, mixed with marinade and put on the shelf of the refrigerator for at least an hour for four.
  3. After a lapse of time, put the pickled meat in a baking dish, pour out the remains of the marinade liquid from above, sprinkle the food on top with sesame seeds, place it in a heated oven to 205 degrees and leave for forty minutes.
