Ingredients:
- pork shoulder (flesh) - 520 g;
- soy sauce - 55 ml;
- onion - 320 g;
- wine white vinegar - 30 ml;
- without aroma sunflower or olive oil - 70 ml;
- sweet ground red paprika - 5 g;
- salt (if necessary) - a pinch.
Preparation
- First of all, to implement the recipe, we sliced a fresh pork shoulder with medium-sized slices, we beat the meat with ground paprika, leave for about fifteen minutes, and then put the sunflower oil without flavor in the frying pan heated in a frying pan. As soon as the liquid starts to separate, we cover the container with a lid and let the pork in until all the moisture evaporates (about twenty minutes).

Ingredients:
- pork or veal (pulp) - 520 g;
- soy sauce - 240 ml;
- honey - 20 g;
- mustard - 25 g;
- paprika powder - 10 g;
- cloves garlic - 4 pcs .;
- sesame seeds - to taste.
Preparation
- If you cook meat with soy sauce in the oven, then it must first be marinated. Add this time in soy marinade a little honey, mustard, ground paprika, as well as crushed garlic and mix.
