Milk soup with dumplings

Dairy products are undoubtedly useful for most children and adults with a third blood group (at least, so many nutritionists believe).

One of the most controversial dairy dishes are milk soups - some people like them, others will not agree to eat such food. Anyway, for those who like (and those who need it for different diets), we give recipes for milk soups with dumplings. Of course, for dumplings it is better to use spelled or whole grain meal flour, it is possible - in a mixture with flour of other cereals (buckwheat, oatmeal, rice, linseed, etc.).

Milk soup with potato dumplings

We cook the potatoes in any way and we rub it. In mashed potatoes we add egg and flour, the dough should not be liquid. Carefully we will mix and roll the dough with a thin sausage. Cut it into dumplings (step - about 1 cm) and lay them on a clean plank. Can be a little different: roll out of potato dough small balls about the same size.

Rinse the pan with cold water (this so that it does not burn) and fill the milk. We reduce the fire and throw it into a pot of boiling milk dumplings . Bring to a boil over medium heat, with dumplings should float. Again, bring to a boil and boil for 5-8 minutes, depending on the size. Add to the soup dry ground spices and a piece of butter or a little cream - for taste. We pour soup on plates or soup cups. It is more convenient to distribute the dumplings portion by piece. Sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheese with chopped herbs and garlic.

Milk soup with vanilla dumplings

Nuts in principle, you can use any that you like. You can use and calcined peanuts (which is not a nut), only you should consider that these beans are very caloric. Nuts should be rinse or finely chopped in any convenient way. Mix the crushed nuts, egg and flour, add nutmeg and a pinch of vanilla. From the dough, we form dumplings in any convenient way (see above, the previous recipe).

We rinse the pan with cold water, pour the milk and bring it over medium heat to a boil. We reduce fire and throw dumplings. We wait until they come up, and cook for 5-8 minutes. Add the sesame seed and a slice of butter (or a little cream). Season soup with saffron and cardamom. Pour out on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.

You can also pour in a small dish of cornflakes and steamed raisins - so it will be delicious.

To make a milk soup with dumplings sweet, you can add (preferably individually to each plate) a little natural flower honey, in this case the soup should not be hot. Or, instead of honey, you can add a little sweet saturated natural fruit syrup (for example, crimson, cherry or red-corpuscular).
