Let's start with the classic version of the recipe for mushroom soup, one that is prepared with an abundance of butter and cream, goes far beyond the framework of a healthy diet, but is so loved by seasoned cooks.

Divide the onions into half rings and fry them in butter. When the pieces become transparent, strew thyme to them, add the garlic and pinch of salt. Randomly cut the peeled mushrooms and add to onion roast. When all the moisture from the fungi completely evaporates, sprinkle them with flour, stir, and after half a minute pour in a mixture of cream and broth. Let the soup boil for about 8-10 minutes, and then mix everything with a blender until you get a homogeneous soup.

Mushroom cream soup from champignons can be made in a multivarquet, for this, warming up the bowl in the "Baking" mode, fry the onion and mushrooms in it in the same sequence, and after adding the liquid, switch to "Soup" or "Varka" for 15 minutes, the cover of the device is not necessary to close at the same time.

You can serve soup in a regular plate, but you can take a round bun and remove all the crumb from it, be sure to take care not to hook the walls of the received "bowl". Pour soup into the cavity and serve.

When heated in a saucepan, save all the prepared vegetables until half cooked, add to them pieces of mushrooms, season everything with a pinch of salt and allow the mushroom moisture to evaporate. Sprinkle the contents of the dishes with flour, and stirring, pour in half of the cream and add the cheese. Wait until the cheese is completely melted, and then add soup with broth and cream residues. Allow the dish to stand on the fire for another 10 minutes, then whisk everything with a blender and decorate with parsley.
