Baked mackerel with lemon

Mackerel is a very useful and tasty fish, and in order to preserve all the useful substances contained in it, it is necessary to prepare it in healthy ways, such as marinating (fermentation), boiling and baking. For some reason it seems that boiled mackerel is somehow not interesting (have you ever eaten this?).

You can cook a lightly salted mackerel with lemon. To do this, you need to cut the mackerel with fillets, cut into slices, add it slightly, and then pour the pieces with lemon juice and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Or in the Far Eastern style: pour a mixture of soy sauce with lemon juice. It will be delicious. In any case, for pickling it will be more useful to use acidic fruit juices and natural vinegars. But when pickling, we also use salt (or soy sauce, in which the salt is also more than enough).

But when baking can do without any salt and soy sauce, which in excess quantities are not at all useful for the human body.

It's not at all difficult to cook delicious mackerel with lemon baked in the oven in the sleeve, or even better in the foil.

About the sleeve. Chef's sleeves are made of cellophane, which is a substance of organic origin. So, with heating, cellophane can (and most likely is) to isolate into the food being cooked, if not conventionally safe, then substances that are definitely unnecessary to the body. Therefore, foil is preferable.

When buying mackerel we choose only fresh or freshly frozen fish without damaging the skin and carcass, with clear eyes.

Carefully remove the mackerel from the mackerel, you can with your head. We will gut the fish and carefully, but gently wash it with cold water. We discuss with a napkin. Lemon is cut into slices. In the abdomen of each fish lay the twigs of greenery and a few lobules of lemon. You can, of course, add half-rings of onion and a little fresh hot red pepper - so too it will be delicious. Lubricate the piece of foil with fat, lay out the fish and pack it so that the juice that is released during baking does not flow out. We lay out the packages with the fish on the baking tray and bake in the oven at a temperature of about 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and make out greens. You can serve with boiled rice , potatoes, asparagus and white table wine.
