So, in the supine position, perform the following several exercises:

  2. The legs lie together or one on top of the other, with the entire foot in the floor, hands behind the head. Slowly lift the pelvis, making a deflection in the waist, and at the same time draw in the anus inward. The breathing during exercise is arbitrary. Do it 10 times.
  3. Place your hands on each side of the body, legs together. Raise your legs, bending them in the knee, and do an exercise that resembles a bike ride. It is necessary to repeat for 2-3 minutes, at a moderate pace. Breathing is arbitrary.
  4. Lying on your back, raise your legs and try to slowly and smoothly toss them over the head, trying to touch the toes of the floor with your toes. Repeat the exercise 5 times.
  5. Lying on the floor, inhale, straighten the straight legs at an angle of approximately 45 °, on exhalation, return to the initial position.

These exercises can be done at any free time, but the interval before and after meals should be at least 2 hours. They strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, which is why they are often used to treat the vaginal walls.

When the posterior wall of the vagina is lowered, accompanied by a change in the position of the rectum, an operation is often prescribed, - posterior colpiration. This type of omission may be a consequence of increased intra-abdominal pressure.

Recommendations

For all types of this disease, in particular, with the upper vaginal wall lowering, the process of having sex is painful. Therefore, it is better to give up sex for a while.
