Caramelized walnuts in honey - an excellent addition to salads and various desserts, as well as simply amazing delicacy.
Dried apricots with walnuts and honey
Ingredients:
- dried apricots - 100 g;
- lemon - 0,5 pieces;
- walnuts - 40 g;
- almonds - 40 g;
- herkules - 0,5 st .;
- honey - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Half a lemon is cut into large pieces, gently removing all the bones. Then it is finely chopped using a blender or food processor. Now take dry dried apricots, soak it in boiling water and just grind it. Walnuts a little fry in a dry frying pan to remove the husks and finely chop.
After that, add all the ingredients, except for honey, in a large bowl, knead well with our hands and lay the mass on the baking tray with a uniform layer about 1 cm thick, carefully, ramming. Prepare a treat for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven and watch so that nothing burns. Next, gently shift our dessert onto food film, wrap it well and put it away for a few hours in the fridge, then cut into bars, grease it with liquid honey and serve the dessert to the table.
Green walnut with honey
Green walnuts contain a large amount of juice, which is a concentrate of living vitamin C, organic iodine and other substances essential for human health. Honey is an excellent preservative, thanks to which the walnut-honey mixture will stay with you for a long time. We suggest you to prepare a useful and therapeutic mixture of green walnuts.
Ingredients:
- green walnuts - 1 kg;
- liquid floral honey - 1 kg.
Preparation
So, carefully wash walnuts under running water and leave them on the towel to dry out. Then twist them through a meat grinder, or grind it with a blender. The resulting mass is spread in a saucepan, pour liquid honey, immediately mix well with a spoon and put it exactly for a month in the fridge to get rid of the unpleasant bitterness.
After that, we spread the mixture into clean small jars and clean it in any cool place. We are waiting for another month, and we can use ready-made jam in two ways:
- Filter the liquid through the cheesecloth, squeeze the nuts and discard. To improve memory, strengthen immunity with weakness and loss of strength, take a mixture of 1 teaspoon immediately before meals 3 times a day;
- Without straining, use directly with nuts. We also eat 1 teaspoon of the mixture 3-4 times a day.
Walnuts with honey and raisins
Ingredients:
- raisins - 200 g;
- prunes - 200 g;
- dried apricots - 200 g;
- walnuts - 200 g;
- lemon - 0,5 pieces;
- honey - 250 ml.
Preparation
Prunes and other dried fruits are steamed out beforehand, well washed with running water and doused with boiling water. Then all the ingredients are ground in a blender and add to the resulting mass a glass of honey and crushed lemon. Mix everything and put it on the refrigerator for 10 days.
Recipe of walnuts with honey
Ingredients:
- liquid honey - 1 teaspoon;
- walnuts - 0,5 items;
- water - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
Walnuts put in a plate, pour water, honey and mix everything thoroughly. If desired, add spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. Then put the nuts in a dish for the microwave, and distribute the mixture in a uniform layer. The device is switched on for maximum power and we prepare about two minutes. After the time has elapsed, the nuts are mixed and sent back to the microwave for 30 seconds for the desired result. Ready dessert is cooled, laid out on the glass and serve.
