Be sure to cool the beer well before making it, making it literally icy. Connect the first couple of dry ingredients together with a pinch of salt. To the mixture of flour and starch, beat in the egg, pour in the beer and mix it immediately. Do not worry about the small lumps in the mixture. Add the grated cheese to the batter and dip the onion into it. Allow the excess of the batter to drain and immediately fry the onions rings deep in frying until light blush.

Divide the onions into rings 3 cm thick. Season the mince and fill them with cavities in the onion ring.
