At least two pollinating trees should be present on the site, which blossom and ripen in the same timeframe as Honey. The best candidates for this role are the pear varieties "Tavricheskaya", "Miracles", "Bere Bosk" and "Bere Ardanton".

In the presence of good pollinators and other favorable factors, the yield of "Honey" pear is up to 110 kg from one tree. When the removable maturity of pears do not crumble, and continue to hang on the branches. If some pears are not ripe, they should be left on the tree, because after harvest they do not ripen, but harden and do not acquire the necessary juiciness and sweetness.
