Banana - a very useful and nutritious fruit with a characteristic smell and delicate taste, popular, and in many countries and the main agricultural crops. From sifted flour, kefir, sugar and eggs, knead the dough with the addition of soda, cognac and cinnamon. The dough can be kneaded with a mixer.

Bananas are cleaned and blended with a blender or chopped chopper into small pieces, then quickly sprinkled with lemon juice. We introduce the banana mass into the dough.

Lubricate the form with oil (you can spread the bottom with baking oiled paper). Fill the form with a test for 1/2 or 2/3 of the volume. We bake a banana cake in the oven for about 50 minutes. After extracting the pie from the mold, you can pour chocolate or fruit glaze on it or cut it on the side to 2 cakes and cover with chocolate and yoghurt cream (chopped nuts also do not interfere). By the way, in this variant between the bottom and upper cake you can lay a layer of thin banana slices, just do not forget to sprinkle the juice of the lemon with sliced ​​slices.

The general idea of ​​the pie is the following: in the buried substrate from the thicker unsweetened dough we fill the stuffing from banana and kiwi, pour it over with a more liquid sweet dough, then bake.

We knead the dough for the substrate on milk with the addition of egg and butter. If the density is insufficient, you can correct it by adding flour or cornstarch.

Roll out the dough not too thin cake and put it in a low, greased with butter. Mix the pouring liquid dough from cream, sugar, eggs, and flour with the addition of rum and vanilla (or cognac with cinnamon). According to the consistency, the pouring should be like a thick, but flowing cream.

On top of the substrate lay out sliced ​​banana and kiwi. Sprinkle with lemon juice and quickly pour liquid test.

We bake a pie for about 50 minutes (plus or minus 10), depending on the design of the particular oven and the depth of the mold. The preferred temperature is about 200 ° C. A ready-made pie can be poured with banana-yoghurt cream on gelatin.
