Lentil dish in the multivariate
Ingredients:
- lentil - 1 glass
- carrots - 1 piece;
- onion - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt - to taste;
- water - 4 cups.
Preparation
Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. We spread it into the bowl of the multivarka, we add vegetable oil. Turn on the "Frying" mode. While the onion is fried, carrots are cleaned, finely chopped, sent to onions and fry for 7-10 minutes. Lentil washed, put in a multivark and poured water (4 cups). We select the mode "Buckwheat" and prepare for the end of the program 35-40 minutes.
Dish of green lentils
Ingredients:
- lentils green - 1 glass;
- tomato - 2 pcs .;
- corn - 1 pc .;
- cheese fetaksa - 50 g;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;

Preparation

Red Lentil Soup
Ingredients:
- lentil red - 1 glass;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- cabbage color - 300 g;
- tomato - 2 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- Salt, pepper, dill greens - to taste;
- water 1.5 liters.
Preparation
Onions and carrots are fried in vegetable oil, pour boiling water and add washed lentils. Pour cauliflower with salted boiling water and stand for 5 minutes, then divide into inflorescences. After 20 minutes cooking lentils, we add cabbage to the soup. The tomato is peeled, cut into cubes and added to the soup. Bring to a boil and cook until the ingredients are ready. Salt and pepper add to taste. When serving on the table, sprinkle with herbs.
Lentil cream soup
Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 1.5 liters;
- red lentils - 100 g;
- eggplant - 1 piece;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 0,5 pcs .;
- garlic 3 cloves.
Preparation
We put broth on fire and throw lentils into it. Onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil, add the diced eggplant and brown it, spread the toasted vegetables in the soup and in the same pan fry the sliced Bulgarian pepper and also add it to the pan. Add turmeric, a little nutmeg and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add garlic. And turn the soup into puree with a blender. Cream soup of lentils and eggplants can be served to the table.
Green lentils with chicken
Ingredients:
- green lentils - 400 g;
- chicken fillet - 0,5 kg;
- red onion - 3 pcs .;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- vegetable oil;
- red ground pepper;
- Bay leaf.
Preparation
Finely chop carrots, onions and garlic. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Lentils are poured into a saucepan, filled with water, put on fire. After boiling, remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook lentils for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the readiness, add the bay leaves and salt. At the end of cooking, drain off the water. In the pan in the preheated oil we put chopped garlic and fry a little, add fillets, fry from all sides until golden brown, there we also pour onions and carrots. Add the spices and fry the mass until the softness of the vegetables for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and add lentils. All the good mix and agonize on a slow fire for another 5 minutes.
