Add turmeric, a little nutmeg and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add garlic. And turn the soup into puree with a blender. Cream soup of lentils and eggplants can be served to the table.

After boiling, remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook lentils for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the readiness, add the bay leaves and salt. At the end of cooking, drain off the water. In the pan in the preheated oil we put chopped garlic and fry a little, add fillets, fry from all sides until golden brown, there we also pour onions and carrots. Add the spices and fry the mass until the softness of the vegetables for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and add lentils. All the good mix and agonize on a slow fire for another 5 minutes.
