For yeast dough, pour into the container with warm milk granules of dry yeast, add also a full tablespoon of granulated sugar, cinnamon or vanillin at will, stir thoroughly and leave for about twenty minutes.

After a lapse of time, we sift the flour in batches, each time thoroughly kneading the mass. At the end of the batch, add soft butter and achieve a non-sticky texture of the dough, kneading it well with your hands. Now we cover the vessel with the test with a tissue cut and leave it in the heat for about fifty minutes.

During this time, grind the dry poppy in a coffee grinder, add sugar to it and mix it.

Finished approaching dough knead, divide into portions and roll them into balls. Then roll out each of them until we get a flat cake about two or three millimeters thick, spread it with a brush with melted butter and generously sprinkle poppy seeds with sugar, retreating no less than a centimeter from the edges.

Now roll the cake stuffed with rolls, fold it in half and tie the edges. We make a longitudinal cut with the help of a sharp knife in the center of the workpiece, a little before reaching the edge with the guard, and unfold the product as a book, trying to do everything carefully, so that the filling does not get enough sleep.

We have the blanks on an oiled baking sheet, retreating a few centimeters from each other. We put in the heat for twenty or thirty minutes to increase the buns in the volume. During this time, warm up the oven, adjusting it to a temperature of 200 degrees. To cook and brown under such conditions buns need about fifteen to twenty minutes, but from time to time pay attention to the degree of color of the products. In each individual case, the time may differ from the claimed, because the possibilities of the ovens are different for everyone.
