The ready-made puff-free batter is defrosted, slightly rolled out on the surface, smeared with flour, and divided into squares.

We remove the washed apples from the core and skins and cut them into cubes. In a frying pan, melt the butter and lay the crushed apples in it. Add the sugar and lemon zest to taste and let stand on medium heat until soft for about ten minutes, stirring. Finished the filling we let cool.

Spoon the apple mass on each square, add the dough in half, forming a triangle or a rectangle, and press the edges of the tooth with a fork. From the top in the center of each product, make several cuts for the exit of steam.

Now we pat the pies with whipped yolk, we define it on an oiled baking sheet, and place it in a preheated oven for 220 degrees for twenty-five to thirty minutes.

First of all we will prepare the filling for our pies. We wash the apples, remove the core from them and clean the skins. Now cut them into cubes and fry them in a frying pan with melted butter for five minutes. Then add the sugar and water-mixed starch and vanilla extract. When the apple mass is slightly thickened, turn off the stove and let the filling cool.

Meanwhile, the ready-made puff yeast dough is thawed and laid out on the flour-padded surface. Roll it with a rolling pin. Cut into squares with a side length of about seven to nine centimeters. Using a teaspoon overlay the filling, a little deviating from the center on one side. Close the opposite corners or sides of the dough and tear the edges. You can press them with the prongs of the plug.

Cover the patties with cream, sprinkle with sugar and place on an oiled baking sheet some distance from each other. We keep in a preheated to 175 degrees oven for thirty-thirty-five minutes.
